Austrian Dharma Celebration 2023
Pure mind, pure world – 1000-armed Buddha Avalokiteshvara-Empowerment
with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
14. – 16. April
The annual highlight of Kadampa Meditation Center Austria’s year is the 2023 Austrian Dharma Celebration, during which internationally renowned meditation teacher Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang will grant us the empowerment of Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion.
In her subsequent teachings, she will share with us teachings from the book „The Mirror of the Dharma with additions“, in which Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche gives a beautiful and powerful commentary on the practice of Avalokiteshvara.
This short commentary is a unique oral tradition that explains to us a powerful tantric method for developing compassion and all-encompassing love. We learn how to create a pure world through the development of a pure mind and eventually lead others into this pure world.
During the Austrian Dharma Celebration, we will dive deeply into this remarkable commentary and practice, discovering and experiencing its depth and power to rapidly transform our minds and hearts.
