Buddha’s teachings and meditations give us a swift and direct method to help us to attain the happiness that we all long for. Through this we find a deeper purpose in life, the fulfillment of our inner potential for peace and happiness.
In these classes you will experience guided meditations and teachings that can help you to solve your daily problems and that can bring about a profound inner change – pure and lasting happiness arising from your peaceful mind.
The classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners and each class is self contained. Both cushions and chairs are available for you to sit on. The classes are drop-in classes, so no need to book in advance.

Andrej Habjan has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is studying at the Foundation programme of Kadampa Meditation Centre Austria.
He is a sincere practitioner who deeply inspires others to explore their own inner path to real happiness and freedom. His gentle and warm heart makes it easy for listeners to enjoy his meditations and teachings.
Sarah Stellnberger is studying Kadampa Buddhism on the Foundation program for a while.
Her light and joyful manner inspire her listeners to practice meditation. She is studying pharmacy and helps the centre in doing publicity.
Through practising the instructions presented in this book we can transform our life from a state of misery into one of pure and everlasting happiness.
