The buddhist way to inner change
Public talk and meditation with Gen Kelsang Ananda
Friday, 11th November, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
In this public talk, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Ananda explains how you can transform your life into a joyful path of inner development. He gives practical advice and meditations from Buddha’s wisdom on how to develop and maintain inner peace, regardless of good or bad circumstances.
With this, it is possible for you to discover and ultimately fully realise your own limitless potential for happiness and well-being. The evening consists of a lecture with guided meditations and is based on the explanations in the book „The Mirror of Dharma“ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Note: This class is held in German with simultaneous English translation.
