The Art of Joyful Living
Overcoming Attachment in Daily Life
Guest Course with Kadam Andrew Crompton
19. – 21. Sept. 2025 | on-site and Online
Imagine life without enjoyments—no friends, no good food, no holidays… Miserable, right? We need enjoyments to be happy.
But often our way of enjoying leads to problems. We get frustrated when we can’t have something, anxious when we might lose it, and sad when it’s gone. Why? Because we’re attached. And that attachment can ruin our happiness.
In this guest-course, Kadam Andrew Crompton, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Slovenia, will show how to enjoy life without clinging—bringing more peace, freedom, and real joy.
Everyone is welcome to take part in this practical course. No previous experience of meditation is required.
