Mindset Mastery – Unlock the power of your mind and transform your life
Guest Course with Kadam Andrew Crompton | 22. – 24. September 2023
Buddha said that our mind has the power to create all pleasant and unpleasant things. Maybe you find that your mind creates more unpleasant things than you would like and that it does not create as many pleasant things as you would like. You can change that!
In this guest-course, Kadam Andrew Crompton, resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Slovenia, will pass on advice given by the renowned Buddhist meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his extraordinary book “How to Understand the Mind”.
You will discover amazing things about how your mind works and learn simple practical methods to make it work better for you. As a result, your mind will become more powerful at creating pleasant things for you and less powerful at creating unpleasant things. In other words, more happiness and less unhappiness!
Everyone is welcome to take part in this practical course. No previous experience of meditation is required.
Info: The course will be held in English, but there is the possibility of a German translation. Infos in German click here >>.
