Staying strong when things go wrong
Public-talk with the internationally known buddhist nun Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
14. April, 7 – 8:30 pm
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to think of the situation itself is our problem.
By understanding that all the emotional problems we experience, such as fears and worries, come from our mind, especially from our negative views, we can learn to face the difficulties of everyday life with a positive view.
In this public talk, internationally renowned Buddhist nun and meditation teacher Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang explains how we can practically use this understanding for mental resilience. In this way, everyday difficulties become real challenges, opportunities for growth and development, and difficult people become teachers who encourage us in our inner development. In this way, we can remain strong in any situation and respond constructively with a peaceful and positive mind.
Tip: This public talk is the introduction to the Austrian Dharma Celebration 2023, which will take place from April 14th to 16th with Gen-la Kunsang.
